Withdrawal

• Previous to the withdrawal of a child from the Academy, one month’s prior notice should be given to the office of default; one month tuition fee will be charge.

• Parents or guardians who persistently disobey the Academy rules, or who are constantly over-demanding in attitude, or who are invariably captious and critical in their dealing with the Academy authorities or members or the staff will be deemed uncooperative. In the absence of the advantage of their wards, therefore, the principal has the right to demand the withdrawal of the latter.

• It is Demanded of each student that he/she participate in any or all of the extra-curricular or co-curricular activities of the Academy when called on to do so. Without exemption from the Principal, a students’s refusal to comply in this matter will entail his immediate and compulsory withdrawal from the Academy

• When Parents of students are called to the Academy office by the principal to discuss aspects of their children’s academic performance or general behavior, they must assume that the reasons, for such a call are of considerable importance or urgency. Hence unless their co-operation is immediate and whole-hearted, they shall be obliged to withdraw their children from the Academy.’

• No Withdrawals are allowed during a middle session. Parents are allowed to withdraw their wards from the school at the end of the session (31st March).

• Prior intimation for the same has to be forwarded in writing.
