Attendence and leave

• Punctual and regular attendance is insisted upon.
• No leave of absence for the full day or a part thereof is granted except on previos written application and only for serious reasons.Absense without leave is liable to punishment/fine at the discretion of the principal.all leave and absence should be recorded in the academy Diary.
• Repeated absence for 3-7 calendar days without notification renders the students liable to dismissal/Re Admission.
• Repeated absence without leave,the student on returning to school must have the leave not signed by the parent/Guardian in ‘Leave and Absence Record’,along with a fine of Rs.10/-per day,without this ,the students will not be admitted to the class or 2 marks cut per paper per day in each examination.
• Students who have been absent from class must have the reason for their absence briefly noted in their “Regularity Record” in the diary and counter signed by the principal.(a) A minimum of 85% attendance of the working days is required for promotion.the students should be on time to school for genral assembly.Late comers are liable for enquiry.
• All are expected to attend school on the opening/closing day after vacation.No one is allowed to leave for vacation earlier than the closing day without prior permission of the principal;they will be punished/fined.
• All should attend school on all National festivals,otherwise they will be punished/fines Rs.10/-per day.
