Academic Staff

• The School has a team of highly qualified and dedicated teaching staff which includes around twenty members and one PRO. The entire academic and administrative staff is always ready for close and effective monitoring and progress of the students.

Principal can be visited in working days;

Summer - 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Winter    - 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Group Discussion & Teaching Learning Process

In concept 30, students of a class would be divided in groups of five students according to their academic performance in a particular subject.

In a class of 30 Students the teacher can give more time to each student in a period of 45 minutes. Less class strength means more attention on every child hence better teacher-student relation. In concept 30, a subject teacher can easily evaluate each student by asking questions about the text material. At Alchemist we are adopting 1+1+1 concept for our little kids studying in Nursery to U.K.G. In this system we have one mother teacher, Assistant teacher with a Maid at a time in the class room. This system is adopted to keep the kids even to write alphabet, understand child’s psychology and keep them to develop.
